Rod and Kaja have been ministering to the youth of Estonia for over a number of years. They have been active in planting youth ministries in local churches across Estonia. They worked on a project to plant a youth ministry in the city of Tartu using a vibrant skateboarding ministry to attract youth.

Rod and Kaja are involved in Church Planting in Tallin, Estonia and national youth leadership training throughout Estonia and Europe with NLI - Next Level International.
Rod and Kaja have 2 children Emily and Mattias.
